We're excited to introduce a bold, new program designed to honor our dedicated employees. This revamped Length of Service program will recognize those who have reached service milestones from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025.

USF's Length of Service recognition program celebrates the long term commitment of our unBULLievable employees to the University. Employee recognition is a vital part of USF. Recognizing and supporting the contributions of our Faculty and Staff is a critical part of fulfilling our mission. Each of our employees makes a difference and this is one small way of saying, "Thanks!" Employees with continuous service in a regular line position at USF are eligible for recognition at each 5 year milestone.
We try very hard to make sure we recognize everyone who has reached a milestone anniversary. If you feel you have been overlooked, please contact your supervisor or Central Human Resources by emailing HR Events at HRevents@usf.edu.

Welcome to our newly revamped Length of Service program!
Program Highlights
Customized Electronic Badges In partnership with the Office of Micro-Credentials, employees will receive an electronic badge recognizing their years of service. These badges can be displayed in email signatures and shared on social media platforms.
Lapel Pins Starting at 5 years of service, each employee will receive a commemorative lapel pin reflecting their milestone.*
Stackable Acrylic Cubes Beginning at 10 years of service, employees will receive a stackable clear acrylic top and "10 years" cube. Each subsequent milestone will include a new cube to add to the stack, creating a visually striking display of service milestones.*
Electronic Certificate of Appreciation During their anniversary month of a milestone year, each employee will receive an electronic certificate of appreciation.
Lunch with the President Reserved for 25 years + **
*Purchasing Options: Employees who have already celebrated their service anniversaries
will have the option to purchase lapel pins and stackable acrylic cubes. (link will
be available soon!)
This option will become available starting March 2025.
** Breakfast with President Law: Employees celebrating 25 or more years of service will be invited to a special breakfast with President Law. These employees will receive their pins and acrylic cubes at this time. Details: Monday, April 21st at 9:00 AM - MSC ballroom. Awardees will receive the invitation from the Office of the president.

How can I claim my gift?
Gifts will be distributed to each college, and our liaisons will notify employees when they can be picked up. Check the list below for your college liaison.

When will I receive my electronic badge and certificate?
The electronic badge and certificate will be sent in the month of your anniversary.
(Please note: As we are transitioning to the new program, employees will recieve their 2024 badges
and certificates on 02/21/2025. Employees with January and February anniversaries
will receive badges and certificates on 02/28/2025).
When will the breakfast with the president take place?
The breakfast with the president is exclusively for employees celebrating 25+ years
of service. It will take place on Monday, April 21st, at 9:00 AM in the MSC Ballroom.
Employees will receive an invitation directly from the Office of the President and
will be presented with their pin and cube during the event.
Will I have the option of choosing a gift from the bookstore?
No, gifts can no longer be claimed at the bookstore. However, the same items are still
available for employees to purchase.
Can I purchase a gift if I’ve already been recognized for years of service?
COMING SOON! Yes, employees who have already been recognized will soon have the option to purchase gifts. Employees will need to complete an electronic form to confirm their anniversary before making a purchase.
