WAGE ADJUSTMENT

Your contributions are the cornerstone of our institution’s continued pursuit of excellence, and your commitment to our students and programs across all three of our campuses and USF Health is truly remarkable.
 
For the third straight year, our dedicated team members will participate in a three percent (3%) discretionary pool of base salary increases for eligible out-of-unit administrative and staff employees. Supervisors will determine increases for individual employees based on criteria from Human Resources, including hiring date, performance history and equity adjustments. Increases will be effective October 11, 2024, and will be reflected on paychecks beginning November 1, 2024.
