Rocky's Run 5k
Join us for the 2nd annual Rocky's Run on March 1, 2025, at the stunning University of South Florida campus. This 5K event celebrates community and running culture, welcoming participants of all levels. After the run, don't miss the Bulls Family Fest with entertainment and delicious food. Gael Scoil USF
Gael Scoil USF on the Tampa Campus is a half-day educational and cultural experience designed for grade school-aged children to explore Irish heritage through hands-on sessions on Saturday, May 17th, 2025. Facilitated by members of the USF Irish Culture and Language Club, USF faculty, and community members, the event covers topics such as Irish food, crafts, literature, history, language, music, dance, and sports.
USF St. Petersburg Halloween Fest
The University of South Florida, in collaboration with the City of St. Petersburg, Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, and other community partners, invites families to a fun-filled Halloween event at USF’s St. Petersburg campus. Families with children (recommended for ages 12 and under) are encouraged to dress in costume and enjoy tent/trunk-or-treating, kids' activities, a haunted house, and other spooky fun. This event is open to the entire community!
KFORCE Big Data Day
In collaboration with Hillsborough County Public Schools and with the support of our local industry partners, Big Data Day introduces high school seniors to professional opportunities in Business Analytics and Information Systems. The inaugural event took place on December 1, 2016, and it saw the participation of students from various schools, including Bloomingdale, Plant, Alonso, Durant, Newsome, Sickles, Spoto, Middleton, and Hillsborough High Schools. The next Big Data Day will be held on November 6, 2024
