An exceptional SAT score can significantly enhance a student's chances of gaining admission to top universities. The USF SAT Summer Institute, available in-person and online at our Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota-Manatee campuses, offers a comprehensive review course designed to help students achieve their best possible scores.
This program covers essential topics, including math and verbal skills, effective study tips, and practice with typical exam questions. Students will learn proven test-taking strategies, such as tackling different problem types, utilizing the process of elimination, and managing their time. With sample tests to measure progress, participants will sharpen their skills and gain the confidence needed to excel on the SAT and stand out among their peers.

When does registration open for the USF SAT Summer Institute?
Registration for all 2025 summer camps will open on February 1, 2025.
What is the capacity of the USF SAT Summer Institue?
Each session of the USF SAT Summer Institute has a capacity of 30.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
USF reserves the right to cancel camps, in which case registration fees are fully refunded. If it becomes necessary for USF to cancel, postpone or combine camps, or change a camp location, you will be notified by email or phone. It is important that we have your current contact information. If a camp is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If a registration is received after the enrollment limit has been reached, a full refund will be issued.
If you need to cancel a camp registration, please email USF Youth Experiences. If the cancellation occurs 10 days prior to camp start date a full refund will be received with the exception of administration fees. However, if the cancellation is received within 10 business days of the camp start date, no refund will be given. No refunds will be issued after the start date of the camp.

The USF Office of Youth Experiences has partnered with Educational Testing Consultants (ETC) to bring you the USF SAT Summer Institute. ETC, a leader in university-based test preparation, specializes in providing top-tier services to help students excel in standardized testing.
Where is the USF SAT Summer Institute located?
We’re excited to announce that the 2025 USF SAT Summer Institute will be offered on all three USF campuses—Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota-Manatee—as well as online! Detailed information about specific locations on each campus will be available on their respective program pages.
What time is drop-off and pick-up for the USF SAT Summer Institute?
Our staff will be ready to greet your child for drop-off at 8:50 AM at the designated camp location, with pick-up beginning at 1:00 PM. If you are running late for either drop-off or pick-up, please give us a call at (813) 974-3355 to keep us informed.
What are the dates and times for the USF SAT Summer Institute?
We are still finalizing the dates for the 2025 USF SAT Summer Institute. However, the in-person sessions typically run Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 1 PM. The online sessions follow a different schedule, which will be provided closer to the program start. Stay tuned for updates!
