What We Do
Services provided by the USF Ombuds Office to the Faculty, Staff and Administration
are tailored to the individual's situation and informed consent.
Some examples of what the Ombuds can do include:

- Help in identifying strategies to resolve and prevent disputes
- Identification of options and information
- Conflict coaching
