Monthly Matadors

 

The Monthly Matador Awards provide an opportunity for divisional departments to informally recognize a job well done, an innovative idea, or to simply say 'thank you' to one of their own employees for 'taking the bull by the horns.' The monthly winners will receive an award certificate and the coveted Gold Star Award. Each department's management team coordinates the process for suggesting the monthly recipient of this award within their department.
