Paws and Relax
Each semester, the Center for Student Well-Being invites dogs and other animals to come to campus during exam time to help students cope with the added stress. As feelings of stress, anxiety, and exhaustion are at their peak during this time, petting animals for even just a few minutes can help boost your mood and reduce these negative feelings.
Join us on the days listed below to pet and play with a variety of certified therapy
dogs and experience some of these beneficial effects for yourself! Peer educators
from HEAT will also be handing out prizes and additional tips to help you manage your
stress.
