Digital Requests

There are few different avenues in which to reach us depending on your needs. These requests should all come from your unit's communications and marketing designee. In some cases, this person may be different from your CMS Content Manager.

CMS Support

Complete a CMS Support Intake Form for the following requests:

  • User access/permissions
  • Checked-out/locked files
  • Copying, moving, renaming, or deleting files/folders
  • Redirecting files/folders or sites
  • New site creation
  • News section creation
  • Existing news section request
  • Replace Default Homepage(s) with Enhanced Homepage(s)
  • Request Gallery Page(s)
  • Replace Text Page(s) with Gallery Page(s)
  • Site reorganization
  • Site report(s)
  • CMS training/how-to
  • Form, survey, or application assistance
  • General CMS troubleshooting and technical support

Email webservices@usf.edu for the following requests (IT Web Services and UCM review each of these):

  • CMS exceptions
  • Mobile application exceptions
  • Inclusion in the official MyUSF Mobile App
  • Top-level domain requests (reviewed on Fridays)
  • MyUSF portal ads (text or graphic. Please complete online form)
  • Vanity URL requests (reviewed on Fridays)
  • Branding templates for third-party vendors
