Prospective Students
College Program
The NROTC College Program provides a pathway for students to commission and earn a scholarship if they do not already have one. College Program midshipmen participate in all battalion activities and are held to the same standard as scholarship midshipmen. During their time in the program, college program midshipmen are expected to work towards earning a scholarship or advanced standing and their eventual commision in the United States Navy or Marine Corps.

will be processed to attend a three-week New Student Indoctrination (NSI) the summer immediately following their application and will begin participating in
NROTC that same fall.

- College Program students selected for "advanced standing" receive a stipend for a maximum of 20 months. Advanced standing is only available starting the recipient's junior year of college. Stipend amounts per academic month are $350/month for the junior year and $400/month for the senior year.
