Transfer advisors are available to speak with students to discuss transfer-related
issues through multiple modalities.
Email:
Students can email a transfer advisor any time at transfer-advising@usf.edu. Advisors are usually able to respond within 24 hours, but be aware response times
may take longer during busy times of the year (such as the beginning of the semester).
Phone:
Phone advising meetings are by appointment only. Advisors have appointment slots
available throughout the week from Monday through Friday from 9:00AM - 4:00PM.
To schedule a phone advising meeting with an advisor, please fill out the form below. Upon completion of the form you will automatically be sent a confirmation email with a link to select your preferred appointment slot. If you have trouble with the form or don't get a confirmation email after submitting the form, please email us at transfer-advising@usf.edu and we will get back to you within 24 hours!

In-person:
Transfer advisors are typically available to meet with students in-person Monday through Friday from 9:00AM - 4:00PM.
Appointments are not required. Students who wish to meet with a transfer advisor during the above time blocks can check in with the front desk staff in our suite, ALN 271, on the 2nd floor of the John and Grace Allen Building. Upon entering, please complete the intake form on the iPad. An advisor will then come out to assist you!

that are available to you.
