Overview
The Administrative Advisory Council (AAC) serves all USF administrative employees.
Our mission is to consider and make recommendations to the appropriate authorities
on matters of interest to the University community.

Who are constituents?
All administrative employees are constituents of the AAC! You do not have to do anything to join; you are automatically a member by being an administrative employee at USF.
Who are representatives?
Representatives are elected administrative employees, each of whom serves a group
of constituents. Representatives are AAC voting members.

What is the role of a representative?
Representatives make a commitment to do the following:
- Make every effort to attend each monthly AAC meeting
- Collect constituent feedback, comments, and concerns
- Bring concerns to the attention of University leadership
- Provide timely responses to electronic requests received from AAC leadership
- Pass on relevant information to constituents as requested
- Volunteer on at least one AAC Committee and actively participate in that committee
Who are non-voting members?
Non-voting members are individuals who have expressed interest in the AAC and there is no available seat in their VP area or ran for a seat in their area but were not elected.
What is the role of a non-voting member?
The non-voting member are encouraged to:
- Try to attend monthly AAC meetings
- Communicate USF community concerns to the Council for discussion, with potential sharing with higher USF management and Council Sponsor
- Volunteer on at least one (1) Council committee and actively participate in that committee
How do I go to a meeting?
The Administrative Advisory Council meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, virtually
on MS Teams from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm. These meetings are open to the USF community.

Can I serve on the AAC?
