Building Maintenance

The Building Maintenance Unit makes minor repairs on all E&G buildings on campus. These repairs include: plumbing, lighting, electrical work, and structural systems within buildings. The Building Maintenance Unit also performs scheduled preventive maintenance work on all E&G buildings and systems.

The Building Maintenance Unit is responsible for:

• The care, safety, and security of physical assets at the University of South Florida.
• The condition of buildings and building systems.
• Providing a suitable internal environment.
• Cost effective operation of building systems.
