Visiting Assistant Professor of Instruction

The Department of Mathematics & Statistics seeks to fill multiple non-tenure earning, 9-month, full-time Visiting Assistant Professor of Instruction positions for the 2024-2025 academic year with possible extensions for a second and third year. Salary is $55,000, with a start date of August 7, 2024.

Duties include instruction and coordination of lower-level Mathematics and/or Statistics courses, including Calculus.

Minimum qualifications include Ph.D. from an accredited institution in Mathematics, Statistics or a closely-related field. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Professor of Instruction. Preferred qualifications include some experience teaching in an auditorium setting.
