Principal Investigator
Dr. Ji Sook Park
Dr. Park is an Assistant Professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of South Florida and the director of the Child Language and Bilingualism Lab (CLBL). She holds a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Language Science from the Pennsylvania State University. She is an affiliated member of the Center for Language Science at Penn State. Her research interests are developmental language disorder and bilingualism.
Current Research Assistants
Albina Makina
Albina is a senior dual majoring in Psychology and Cell and Molecular Biology. She has a passion for neuroscientific research and aspires to pursue neuroscience in graduate school, with a research emphasis on human behavior and neurodegenerative disorders.
Zhamira Amaison
Zhamira is a third-year Psychology and Women's and Gender Studies major with a minor in queer and sexuality. Her interests in research include cultural competency within psychotherapy, diagnosis, and intervention.
Aurora Delgado
Aurora is a fourth-year Psychology major with a minor in children's behavioral healthcare. Her research interests are bilingualism, executive functioning, and mechanisms of language disorders.
Alyxzandria Watson
Alyxzandria is a senior majoring in communication sciences and disorders on her way to becoming a speech-language pathologist. Her research interests are bilingualism and autism, specifically in pediatrics.
Natalia Ferreira Gomez
Natalia is a junior dual-major in criminology and psychology student, also minoring in legal studies. She has an interest in bilingualism and its impact on child development, as well as diagnosis.

Kaitlyn Morrison
Kaitlyn is a fourth-year Language, Speech, and Hearing major with minors in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Linguistics. Her research interests include children's language disorders, apraxia, and traumatic brain injuries.
Ashley Ramos
Ashley is a fourth-year Psychology major. Her research interests include all areas of child development, especially motor skills, social-emotional skills, and linguistic and cognitive development.
Logan Agnew
Logan is a fourth-year Psychology major with minors in Sociology and Queer & Sexuality Studies. Their research interests include developmental psychology and psychopathology.
Abril Guevara Gamboa
Abril is a third-year Psychology major with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
