The Healthcare Compliance Officer reports directly to the USF Chief Compliance Officer with an accountable report to the Senior Vice President, USF Health.  

The Healthcare Compliance Officer provides regular reports of program activity and identified risks to the UMSA Independent Audit Committee, a sub-committee of the UMSA Boards of Directors.  Additionally, as a component of the USF compliance program within the USF Office of Compliance & Ethics, the USF Board of Trustees Audit & Compliance Committee is kept apprised of program effectiveness and identified risks.
