Jamie leads the Healthcare Compliance Program for USF, its direct support organization University Medical Service Association (UMSA) and its management service organization, USF Tampa General Physicians (USFTGP). She collaborates with clinical and administrative units across the USF Health enterprise and related training programs to ensure education and understanding of regulations in various areas such as health care billing and false claims. With over 29 yrs experience in the physician practice industry, she has a comprehensive knowledge of medical, administrative, ethical and legal requirements related to patient care. She holds credentials in Health Information Management and Health Care Compliance.

Toni has more than 30 years of medical coding and billing experience in various healthcare settings such as: Academic, Department of Defense (DOD), and Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA). She has been a Certified Professional Coder since 2005.
Toni serves as the primary compliance liaison for the following specialties: Early Steps (Peds), General Pediatrics, General Internal Medicine, Genetics, Hearing Clinic (CSD), Hospital Medicine, Infant Family Center, Med Peds, Neonatology, Palliative Care, Speech Clinic (CSD) and Student Health Services.

Stephanie holds certifications as both a professional coder and medical auditor. She has over 15 years of experience in billing, coding, auditing and provider education. She is also proficient in Medicare risk adjustment and HCC Coding.
Stephanie serves as the primary compliance liaison for the following specialties: Cardiology, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Chiropractic, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery, Otolaryngology, Physical Therapy, and Vascular Surgery.

Kelly brings to USF over 15 years of experience in the field of medical coding and auditing, in both the private and academic industries. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and holds certifications as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA).
Kelly serves as the primary compliance liaison for the following specialties: Allergy & Immunology, Dermatology, Pathology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Radiology & Interventional procedures, and Rheumatology.

Jennifer obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Wesleyan University. She has 10 years of experience in medical coding and auditing. Prior to her arrival at USF, Jennifer worked for the University of Virginia Physicians Group in Audit and Billing Quality. She holds the following certifications: Certified Professional Coder, Certified Evaluation and Management Coder, and Certified Professional Medical Auditor.
Jennifer serves as the primary compliance liaison for the following specialties: Bariatric Surgery, Behavioral Health (Child Development, Neuropsychology testing, Psychology, & Psychiatry), Critical Care Medicine, Colorectal Surgery, Ophthalmology and Pulmonology.

She has been working in the medical field for over six years and serves as the primary compliance liaison for the following specialties: Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Nephrology, OB/GYN, Trauma Surgery, and Urology.
