SOCIAL MEDIA REQUESTS

If you would like our office to post something on our official CoE social media channels, please complete the form.  We require at least two weeks advance notice; however, we will always do our best to work with your request. As part of University Communications and Marketing, USF COE is authorized to use discretion when selecting which items to publicize on the official COE social media channels.

News Story Submissions

  • If you would like to submit a topic or story to be added on the USF CoE Main News site here, please complete & submit the form here. We will be in touch once we receive the submission and fit it into our content pipeline.
  • The Deancast Newsletter, or the bi-Annual Envision Newsletter, please complete & submit the form here.

Requesting Branded Swag

If you have an event related to the USF College of Engineering and would like to request swag to distribute, please complete the form here. You will be able to pick up the items from ENB 105 the Dean’s Office.

Photography & Videography

CoE communications and marketing maintains a database of images and videos recorded in labs, student spaces, and at events. Complete this CoE Photography & Videography Form to inquire about specific availability or to request additional items.

Logos

Need a new headshot for use on websites, social media and in print? Complete this CoE Photography & Videography Form to schedule a private portrait session.

Graphic Design

Multimedia Designer Ryan Wakefield is available to create imagery that perfectly represents your lab, website or event. Complete this CoE Multimedia Form with details about your desired design and medium. If you need printed materials, please specify the size and type (banner, tabletop flyer, postcard, etc.).
