Tech for Aging Summer Hackathon (TASH) 2025
The 2025 TASH is a 7-week (May 12-June 27) opportunity for our students to team up and solve real-world healthy aging and caregiving challenges. Participants will work alongside professors from the Center for Innovation, Technology, and Aging (CITA) and the Bellini College of AI, Cybersecurity, and Computing. CITA will help transform the most promising solutions into life-changing technologies through partnerships with local organizations.
Each team will be assigned a mentor and will engage regularly to stay on track toward their goals. TASHencourages teams to leverage their expertise in AI, cybersecurity, computing, robotics, VR/AR, and other cutting-edge technologies to tackle pressing challenges in condition monitoring, assistance, and interventions.
At the end of TASH, solutions will be evaluated, and top teams will receive certificates and prizes (tentative). Exceptional participants may also be offered opportunities to continue as paid research assistants fully develop their innovations.
Bring your skills, challenge yourself, and make a real-world impact! The deadline to sign up is April 1, 2025.
