Course Registration

Contact Your Program Director

After you have been admitted to your graduate certificate program, contact the graduate certificate program director in your program's department. The director's contact information can be found on the Graduate Certificate Contact Information page.

Search for Available Courses

In order to ensure success, you will need to take an active role in your education. Before each semester begins, login to your Student Self-Service (formerly OASIS) account to retrieve your designated registration date. Note that online and evening courses fill quickly, so register as early as possible to avoid missing out on required courses.

Next, use Student Self-Service to search for available courses. For help, please review  an Student Self-Service class schedule search tutorial. As you search, make a note of the Course Reference Number (CRN). If the course calls for a permit or consent of the instructor, please contact the Graduate Certificates Director (or designated contact)  to obtain the permit/consent before registering.

Register and Pay for Your Courses

Once you have selected your courses, login to the Student Self-Service course registration system using your NetID and password. For assistance with your login credentials, contact the IT Help Desk.
