Break Stay Application

PLANNING TO STAY ON CAMPUS OVER BREAK?

Break Stay forms for the Summer 2024 to Fall 2024 break will be available beginning Friday, June 14.

• The deadline to fill out the Break Stay form in the Housing Portal is Wednesday, July 24 before 4 p.m. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any requests submitted after July 24. 
• Break Stay Housing is not included in the cost of the Housing Agreement. There is an additional cost based on the style of housing you live in.
  

NOTICE OF ENTRY:
Please be aware that if you are staying on campus over break and there is a vacancy in your living space, there is a chance that housekeeping will need to enter your room to clean the space for a new resident. Because this transition occurs during a limited break/holiday period, we will not be able to postpone entry. We appreciate everyone's cooperation and support as we seek to prepare our residence halls for our returning residents and for new residents arriving for the spring semester.
