The USF-GOLD Wireless Network is Being Discontinued
USF Information Technology will be retiring the on-campus USF-GOLD wireless network effective May 22, 2023. After this date, USF-GOLD will no longer be available, and everyone will need to connect their devices to the USF wireless network using eduroam.

Important Security Changes to USF Login Processes
Starting Monday, February 27, when you respond to an MFA push notification using the Authenticator app, you will be presented with a number on the screen you are using to sign in. You will need to type that number into the Authenticator app to complete the approval and sign in process. This step provides an additional layer of security to ensure you are the person actively trying to sign in. Learn more.

MFA for VPN Frequently Asked Questions
To enhance the security of our systems, Multi-Factor Authentication has been added to the VPN and Remote Desktop login processes. Remote Desktop users need to log into VPN using MFA before starting a Remote Desktop session.
