SDG Partnerships

The SDG Action Alliance’s mission includes partnering with other institutions, organizations, and communities to further sustainability globally and locally. The Alliance is a member of SDSN and the Tampa Bay Climate Alliance. The SDG Action Alliance works closely with the CLEO Institute on climate crisis education and outreach, including the melting sculpture exhibit at Zoo Tampa that highlighted climate change impacts, including increased threats to endangered species like the Florida panther.

Current collaborations include working with the City of Tampa to align the SDGs with sustainability and resilience planning by incorporating green infrastructure and mapping to the SDGs.

The SDG Action Alliance has partnered with the Gus A. Stavros Center on the Sustainability Superheroes project to deliver SDG teacher workshops on how to incorporate the SDGs in K-12 curricula and align with state core standards.
