Individual Development Plan
An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a career planning tool for postdocs and graduate students that helps them take stock of their skills, interests and values and explore career options. Faculty are welcome to use it as well for their own career planning or get a better sense of the process.

ChemIDP - designed for those scholars in the chemical sciences.
ImaginePhD - intended for social sciences and humanities but may also be useful for certain STEM fields.
MyIDP - primarily for biomedical sciences and closely related fields.
