Privacy Restrictions

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act is a federal law protecting the privacy rights of student's records including: grades, transcripts, disciplinary records, class schedule, contact and family information. Students are required to present a photo ID when visiting our office. Additional authentication questions may also be asked in our office and on the phone. Students can complete a Student Record Access Authorization form to provide access to third parties, such as parents and spouses, by completing the form and turning it into our office, in person with photo identification. These restrictions are in place to protect your student record information and assure that only you have access to your records.
