Make an Appointment

Same-day appointments may be available. Ask us or drop in to our campus clinics!


In an Emergency dial 9-1-1. For urgent medical concerns, call us at (813) 974-2331, option 2.


During operational hours, you may stop in to schedule an appointment in person. We will schedule your medical visit based on the urgency of your symptoms. 

Tampa, CAMLS, and Sarasota-Manatee Students

  • Call (813) 974-2331, option 2 or (813) 445-4976 to schedule a medical appointment on campus or ask questions about services.
  • Drop in to our campus clinics. You will be evaluated and scheduled for a visit based on the urgency of your symptoms.
  • Complete our online appointment request form.  Please allow 1-2 business days to process your request. Online requests should not be used for urgent requests.

St. Petersburg Students

  • Call (727) 873-4422, option 1 or complete the online appointment request form to schedule a medical appointment or ask questions about services.
  • Drop in to our campus clinic. You will be evaluated and scheduled for a visit based on the urgency of your symptoms.

Student Health & Wellness Center utilizes an appointment-based scheduling model in an effort to serve as many patients as possible each day and to work around your busy class schedules. If you walk-in without an appointment, you will be assessed and scheduled for the first available appointment according to the urgency of your symptoms.

Every attempt is made to be scheduled with the same provider every time you visit, just like you do at home, or you can ask for the first available appointment. No matter what, all providers have access to your medical records.

Checking In
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to have time to fill out any needed paperwork and will maximize the amount of time you are able to spend with your medical provider

Bring your USF ID or a government issued picture ID and Insurance card.

Arriving Late
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you arrive more than seven (7) minutes late, you will be rescheduled for another time and a No Show/Late Arrival fee will be assessed.

Cancelling/Rescheduling Appointments
Students who cannot make their appointment as scheduled need to call to cancel/reschedule by 12 noon (pm) the business day before scheduled appointment via the patient portal (MyChart) or by calling during business hours (813) 974-2331, option 2 or (813) 445-4976.

For dermatology appointments, the patient needs to cancel by 12 noon two business days prior.  You will be assessed a No Show fee on Student Self-Service if you do not cancel/reschedule per policy above.
