Welcome to Student Health & Wellness Center @ USF!

In case of a life threatening emergency, call 9-1-1. For other medical concerns, please call our After Hours Service at (813) 974-2331 when we are closed. 

To make an appointment at the Student Health & Wellness Center on the Tampa campus: 

  • Call to schedule your apointment at (813) 974-2331 (option 2), or at (813) 445-4976
    between Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
  • Or, Online Request for an appointment. Please allow 24 - 48 business hours for a response.
  • New Patient & Specialty forms can be found here.

Hours:
   - Fall & Spring Semesters: 8 AM - 5:30 PM 
   - Summer Semester: Monday - Friday  8 AM - 4:30 PM
   - Break Weeks: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

University Holiday Closures: We are closed on weekends and when USF is closed. See a list of University Holidays HERE.

The Student Health and Wellness Center is located next to the Recreation center and Yuengling Center. Park in lot 22D in order to use our services or get on the Purple route with the Bull Runner.  

The Laboratory (Tampa Student Health & Wellness Center) is open from 8 AM - 5 PM. 

PHARMACY (STUDENT HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER) 

Hours:
   - Fall & Spring Semesters: 9 AM - 6 PM 
   - Summer Semester & Break Weeks: 9 AM - 5 PM
   - Pharmacy will be closed Friday 6/28/2024 for yearly Inventory
