Sit back and relax while you enjoy a free five-minute massage in one of our high-tech Brookstone massage chairs. A quick massage can be a great way for you to reduce your stress and improve your mood. Massages are available 9:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meet with a Registered Dietitian

You can meet with one of our two registered dietitians for a quick opportunity to have your nutrition-related questions answered. Our Registered Dietitians also offer the Inbody 230, which provides a fast, convenient, and accurate body composition analysis. The Registered Dietitian will review the results with you and answer any questions you may have.

Sexual Health Resources

The Center for Student Well-Being  is one of few places on campus that offers free sexual health resources to students. Choose from a variety of condoms including flavored, large, and standard lubricated. We also offer free lubrication, dental dams, and female condoms. Have questions about sexual health? Our Health Promotion Specialist or one of our trained REACH Peer Educators would be happy to answer questions and give tutorials on all our products.
