For Campus Partners

Student Referrals

Faculty/Instructors:  If you are concerned about a student’s academics, please submit an ‘Academic Progress’ referral via the Canvas 'Refer Student' button. The assigned Academic Advocate will receive the referral and connect with them. Please note that the system unfortunately does not notify the instructor on the referral outcome.

Designated Campus Partners:  If you wish to refer a student who has academic concerns impacting his or her persistence, please submit referrals via the Archivum Insights platform.

Other USF personnel and friends/family of a student with academic concerns:  Please send an email to academicadvocacy@usf.edu and one of our Academic Advocates will reach out to you to discuss your concern.

Tampa campus students seeking academic assistance:  Students should complete the Office of Academic Advocacy Student Intake Form and we will reach out to them following up.

Tampa campus transfer students: Transfer students seeking academic assistance visit the Office of Transfer Student Success.
