Important Dates
Deadlines to apply for Education Abroad Scholarships are listed by application cycle in the table below. Please apply for the scholarship cycle that corresponds to the semester of your education abroad program. To submit your scholarship application and materials please visit the Financial Aid website. You will be prompted to login with your USF NetID and password.

Award decisions will be made approximately 4 weeks after the scholarship deadline. To view your award decisions please login to AwardSpring.
The USF World Bulls Abroad Award will open on August 26, 2024 and the priority deadline is October 1, 2024. More deatils about the USF World Bulls Abroad Award can be found here.
In order to be considered for a scholarship, students must have:
- Check eligibility requirements on our Scholarships & Funding page. Non-degree students are not eligible for USF administered scholarships and should apply for scholarships through their home institutions. Professional, Academic, Service, and Civic Organizations may also have scholarships available.
- Completed the Education Abroad scholarship application(s) in AwardSpring,
- Committed to their program of choice,
- Paid their required program deposit
