USF Campus Recreation
USF Campus Recreation offers numerous opportunities to exercise, play intramural sports, and explore the outdoors. Membership costs depend on an individual's role at the university, and USF students enrolled for the current term may use facilities free of charge with their USFCard. Outdoor Recreation coordinates adventure trips that include transportation, and Intramural Sports organizes recreational competition in a variety of sports. USF Counseling Center
The USF Counseling Center offers a variety of counseling services to all currently registered USF students who have paid the campus student health fee. Services include but are not limited to individual appointments, group counseling, and outreach and prevention workshops.

The Center for Student Well-Being provides services and resources to help students develop life-long healthy habits, stay well-balanced, and be successful in college. The Center for Student Well-Being offers workshops, presentations, and awareness campaigns on wellness topics relevant to student life.
STUDENT HEALTH and Wellness SERVICES
The USF Student Health & Wellness Center on the Tampa, St. Pete, and Sarasota campuses offer a variety of health and wellness services. Students pay a health fee, which is included in their tuition, and this helps to keep clinic services more affordable. The Student Health & Wellness Center on the Tampa campus is located next to the Recreation center and Yuengling Center. Park in lot 22D in order to use our services or get on the Purple route with the Bull Runner. Other campus-specific information can be found here.
