Affiliate & Allied Faculty
The Department of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies has a long tradition of affiliate and allied faculty - teachers and scholars who cross-list their courses with Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies; serve on our graduate student committees; and participate in our colloquia and events. Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies is committed to creating a space for conversation and collaboration among USF faculty.
Allied faculty members serve as an important network for WGSS. They receive information about and invitations to WGSS outreach, programming, and events.
Affiliate faculty members are 0% FTE uncompensated appointments with the expectation a slightly more active contribution to the WGSS community, such as attending events and/or contributing to programming and outreach, in addition to participating in the department’s network.
If you’re interested in becoming an affiliate or allied faculty of the Department of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, please complete the appropriate application below, or email us for more information.
We’re tremendously honored to have the following USF faculty on our affiliate and allied rosters, and we invite you to explore their webpages in their home departments.
