Issue: F&A bearing budget codes have non-F&A option in Bulls iResearch; functions
differently from FAST
Notes: Account codes must be updated in Bulls iResearch to be consistent with FAST.
Non F&A bearing account code options of F&A bearing budget accounts must be removed
to function consistently with FAST. Users who need a non-F&A bearing version of an
F&A bearing budget code, such as 83400, should instead create a sub-project, and corresponding
new allocation in Bulls iResearch set to 0% F&A.
Date Resolved: 8/1/2024 – these non F&A bearing versions of F&A bearing categories
will no longer be visible for new awards and allocations beginning 8/1/2024. Existing
projects with budget allocated are unchanged, budget does not need to be moved, but
the budget category label has been updated with a “Do Not Use” prefix, please do not
add additional budget to these categories.
