USF’s current QEP is ExCeL where the E, C and L stand for Experiential Centered Learning.  

"Experiential Centered Learning" refers to intentional out-of-classroom experiences that contribute to your skills and knowledge. For the ExCeL QEP, these experiences include:

By participating in even one of these practices, research shows that an undergraduate student will improve their opportunities for employment or graduate school admission after graduation.  Research also reveals that participation can increase a student's starting salary for their first career job, as well.
