Come Celebrate Your Body for EmpowerFit Week! RecWell Group Fitness welcomes you to celebrate your body & all the ways it supports you! We'll be hosting different group fitness classes.
Join us for a week of special classes and events, educational opportunities, giveaways, and a whole lot of self-love! Stop by any of the group fitness studios during Febraury 10-14 to leave empowering messages for you and other patrons!

Let the good times glow, and there’s nothing like glowing at cardio! Sweat while you increase your muscular strength and endurance while also incorporating cardio movements!

Improve your flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body. Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Grab a mat and feel the burn!

Feel the energy flow and say affirming messages of empowerment, self-love, & appreciating all the ways your body supports you while we take you through a yoga flow journey.

8pm | REC Cycle Studio
Feel the power as our instructors team up to give you the ultimate duo cycle power hour! This is a self-love cycle ride! Appreciate your body’s capabilities and challenge yourself in this cycle class.

Partner yoga is a great way to bring two people together, spending time with a friend or significant other. Partners will support one another as they learn intermediate yoga poses.

Registration will open 25 hours in advance of the event! Be sure to check the name of the event to ensure you're registering for the specific EmpowerFit Week group fitness class!
