Powerlifting Instructional Clinic

OVERVIEW
The focus of this instructional program is geared towards the three main compound lifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Throughout this series, you will increase your strength while perfecting technique and learning modifications. Be sure to join this series so you can "raise the bar" of your fitness goals.
