- Denver, Miami, Minneapolis, and Raleigh-Durham are consistently having high (15+) Black and white educational attainment rate gap, while San Antonio is the MSA with the least rate gap.
- The education attainment rate gap in the Tampa Bay region is comparatively low and fared well compared with other MSAs by ranking in the top five.
