Joshua Streitmatter
Finance

Joshua Streitmatter has always had a hand in building up communities.
He traveled to Jamaica to help a deaf community ostracized from society. There he helped build a new warehouse wing and a basketball court for the Salvation Army. In Ghana, he brought sustainable clean water solutions to underserved communities.
Closer to home, he helped raise $45,000 for burn victims to attend Camp Hopetake.
Streitmatter has volunteered over 450 hours for local and international initiatives.
These experiences solidified his commitment to drive meaningful change.
Streitmatter graduates in May with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in real estate. He's a member of the Judy Genshaft Honors College and has maintained a 3.77 GPA. He continues to take on leadership roles and service initiatives that contribute to his community.
He found the Future Leaders of America Club, which grew to 70 active members in its first semester. He was appointed vice chair of the CCIM University Alliance Committee. There he is helping create more opportunities for students pursuing real estate careers.
Professionally, he joined Eshenbaugh Land Company as a research and marketing associate in 2024 and later advanced to advisor in 2025 where he has listed over 1,000 acres. Passionate about transforming underdeveloped spaces, he is contributing to revitalization efforts in Arcadia and High Springs, Florida.
His ultimate mission is to create opportunities for future generations, fostering both economic growth and community development. By doing so, he wants to build a better world.
